MoCan Containers is a locally owned, family-run business providing quality shipping containers for sale and rent across Montana. Since 2016, we’ve been helping customers find the right container for everything from secure storage to creative building projects.
The company began when owners Tim and Kaitlin McKenzie were on a road trip to a wedding in Western Washington. Along the way, they hauled a few shipping containers for a friend as a favor. That one trip sparked an idea, and before long, MoCan Containers was born. What started as a side project has grown into a trusted, independent business serving customers throughout the Billings area and beyond.
Expanding With Purpose
In 2020, we expanded to open a second location in Bozeman, operated by our friend and partner, Travis Maxwell. This allows us to better serve customers across southwest Montana, offering the same personalized service and high-quality inventory that our Billings location is known for.
